Author Bio
MARIA CORWIN, Ph.D. Dr. Maria Corwin received her Ph.D. from the Smith College School for Social Work. She has taught at Columbia University School of Social Work and now is Professor Emeritus at the Bryn Mawr School of Social Work. In addition to her private practice, Dr. Corwin has written on short-term treatment, work with borderlines and cross-cultural practice. She has given over thirty seminars on the topic of brief treatment.
