Author Bio
COLIN PEREIRA-WEBBER, M.A. - Colin Pereira-Webber is an advanced candidate in adult and child psychoanalysis at the Chicago Institute for Psychoanalysis. He received his certification in Child and Adolescent Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy from the Institute as well. Since 1996, he has been the associate director of the Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy program and for many years was a therapist at the Barr-Harris Center for the Study of Separation and Loss in Childhood at the Institute. He has presented many seminars and workshops on the subject of death and parent loss in childhood.
