The purpose of this module is to present how the brain reacts to stress and trauma, and how these changes may lead to the development of the borderline personality disorder.
Course Objective
This program provides clinicians with the opportunity to learn about:
• How the brain reacts to stress and trauma, and how these changes may lead to the development of the borderline personality disorder.
• BPD emerges from vulnerabilities in brain function around regulation of affect and impulse control.
• Research on the development of BPD 
• The subject of medication for patients with Borderline Personality Disorder.
