FORT WORTH, Texas – In response to the growing housing challenges facing communities across North Texas, Partnership Home announces the launch of the Network of Care for Housing Crisis Support program at the 2026 State of Homelessness Address in Fort Worth. Designed to serve as a centralized, easy-to-use access point, the platform connects residents to critical housing services and support throughout the region.

For more than 25 years, the Network of Care has worked alongside local governments and community organizations to provide trusted access to social services. With the introduction of its housing-focused site in Tarrant County, the organization continues its mission to help individuals and families move from need to support—especially during a time when rising housing costs, limited availability, and economic pressures are affecting thousands of residents.

The Network of Care Housing platform offers a continuously updated, locally curated database of resources, including affordable housing options, emergency shelters, rental assistance programs, and homelessness prevention services. Beyond listings, the platform is designed to help users navigate complex housing systems by providing clear guidance, eligibility information, and next steps for accessing services.

“Communities need more than information—they need a reliable way to connect people to real help,” said Afshin Khosravi, CEO, at the Network of Care. “Our goal is to provide Tarrant County residents with a trusted front door to housing support, where they can find the right resources and understand how to access them.”

The site also includes features that enhance accessibility and usability, such as multilingual support in over 100 languages, ADA-compliant design, and personalized tools that allow users to save resources and track their progress. In addition, the platform integrates related services—such as food assistance, transportation, and financial support—recognizing that housing stability is closely tied to broader social needs.

By partnering with Tarrant County and local stakeholders, the Network of Care aims to strengthen the region’s response to housing insecurity by providing consistent, community-wide access to information and services.
