Loudoun County, Va., is the latest community to join the growing Network of Care platform, expanding access to behavioral health, developmental disability, and community support information for residents, families, providers, and local partners.
For more than 25 years, the Network of Care has served as trusted digital infrastructure for behavioral health, social services, and human service systems nationwide. Communities rely on the platform to connect people with the information and services they need through one centralized, easy-to-navigate resource.
The launch of the Loudoun County Network of Care marks another milestone in that continued growth. The platform brings together searchable service directories, crisis resources, health education, trusted local information, and provider listings in one accessible location, helping residents find support more quickly and confidently.
As part of the latest generation of the Network of Care, Loudoun County residents will also have access to our AI Navigator, an intelligent discovery tool designed to help users identify relevant services, programs, and information through a more personalized, intuitive experience. The AI Navigator complements the platform’s comprehensive directory and knowledge base, making it easier for individuals and families to navigate complex systems of care.
We are proud to welcome Loudoun County to the Network of Care family and look forward to supporting its efforts to make critical services more visible, accessible, and easier to navigate for everyone in the community.
