Author Bio
PAMELA HAYS, Ph.D. - Dr. Pamela Hays is a psychologist who works in rural Alaska with the Alaska Native Nakenu Family Center and Peninsula Community Health Services as a clinician and supervisor. She is author of the book Addressing Cultural Complexities in Practice, and co-editor of Culturally Responsive Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. Her research has included work with Vietnamese, Lao, and Cambodian people in New York, and Arab Muslim women in North Africa. She has been a faculty member of Antioch University Seattle for 20 years and a presenter of workshops internationally.
